I love what I do
I purchased my first SLR camera in 2002 after my daughter was born. I was hooked instantly. Fast forward a few years (and thousands of pictures) later when photography became more than just a hobby, but a passion. I took classes, read books, bugged other photographers with millions of questions and tagged along on some photo shoots. I immersed myself in all things photography. And now, here I am.
As a mom of three young children, I know how quickly time can pass. I almost always have a camera in my hand, and a child under my arm. My goal is to capture these fleeting moments for you and your loved ones.
I consider myself a natural light, on location photographer. There are so many extraordinary locations to choose from here on the Seacoast. I strive to make your session as comfortable as possible and promise never to ask you to "say cheese." Instead I will just observe and shoot as you and your family interact naturally and without pretense. Some of my favorite portraits are the ones that are spontaneous and unexpected. I love to capture a deep belly laugh or a wistful glance, a shining moment between parent and child that might otherwise go unnoticed. This is my inspiration and the driving force in my work. I am constantly looking for new ways to bring photos to life, and hope that you will allow me to capture you and your family.
